The tower crane used on site includes one fixed weight tower crane with a 45 meter jib length and a maximum lifting capacity of 10 tons. Two 16 ton gantry walking tower cranes, model R75/25, with a maximum lifting capacity of 16 tons, a field application arm length of 70 meters, and a walking distance of 200 meters. All of them are non-standard customized tower cranes, designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of port terminals and actual site conditions. Our company has had multiple technical exchanges with customers during the design and manufacturing process of the gate base, conducted on-site inspections, strictly controlled the process, and ultimately delivered on time. All of them are special customized tower cranes designed specifically for port and dock design.

One of the R75/25 tower cranes, with a walking gate span of 12 meters, is used at the outfitting dock site for transporting ship deck installation and on-site lifting.

This is another R75/25 tower crane, with a walking door span of 10 meters, used in the middle of the dock, and a walking distance of 200 meters.

The third one is a 10 ton pressure fixed tower crane with an jib length of 45 meters and a maximum lifting capacity of 10 tons, used for assembling components in segmented workshops.
