The EAC Declaration and EAC Certificate of Conformity were first introduced in 2011, thus creating the TECHNICAL regulation TR CU of the EAEU. EAC certification is issued by independent EAC certification bodies and their laboratories and is recognized by relevant bodies in five members of the EAC Economic Union: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
